On both the interior and exterior, the wall and ceiling panels are laminated with a 26-gauge Acrylume® coated steel, which is stucco embossed and coated with corrosion-resistant acrylic paint for long-lasting use. Inside the panels, there is 4″ thick AK-XPSF rigid foam that not only helps the freezer operate efficiently and maintain consistent temperatures, but also helps give it exceptional structural integrity. As a box only model, this unit does not come with refrigeration equipment. Designed for foot traffic applications, a rugged smooth aluminum floor supports evenly distributed loads up to 600 lb. per sq. ft., so you have the support you need, while a 1/2″ radius cove along the interior perimeter makes for easy cleaning. Workers can easily access the freezer’s contents through your choice of a 30″ or 36″ wide door that boasts two super cam-rise spring-assisted hinges and a deadbolt keyed handle latch. On the interior, there is a safety lock release handle to ensure no one gets trapped inside. A spring actuated door closer ensures smooth closing. On the freezer door, there is a temperature regulating thermostat and a pre-wire pressure reducing valve. A digital LED thermometer with an on / off pilot switch is mounted on the freezer’s exterior for simple temperature monitoring, while the interior is illuminated by a vapor-proof interior light for easy product identification. This unit requires a 115V electrical connection for operation. The walk-in is designed for easy field assembly and installation using prefabricated modular construction.

Included are stylish carriage style double doors, 1 (one) 32 in. x 80 in. 9 lite walk-in door, 2 (two) 18 in. x 36 in. windows with vinyl shutters, 1 (one) gable window with sunburst and 2 (two) dormers with windows. During construction you may choose to install windows and doors as shown or move to locations of your choosing. High side walls allow you to add shelving or workbench. Wood floor is not included.
